The Full English Program (FEP) 1 - 6 is an academic program which follows the guidelines of the national curriculum with instruction using internationally-recognized teaching strategies and methods. FEP 1 - 6 students sit for the Ujian Negara (UN) as required by the Ministry of Education, Indonesia.
They also take the Cambridge International Primary Program (CIPP) examinations in English, Mathematics, and Science from Cambridge International Examinations, UK. English is the medium of instruction, but Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Arabic are also taught.
The academic program is supported by supplementary co-curricular activities which comply with the school's philosophy of providing a comprehensive and holistic educational experience. Assessments are based on daily observations, daily performances, class work, home work, portfolios, and projects.

On 19 and 20 March, 2010, Jubilee School Full English Program [FEP] Grades 1-6 held a gathering program for Grade 6 students, teachers and some parents also. The management of Jubilee School, Ibu Ida Farida [School Director], Bapak Haris Rahim [Assistant Director], Mr Rico Surachmat [Coordinator of General Affairs Dept.] and Mr Mustari Taqim [Coordinator of JMC], came along to oversee the whole program so that it ran efficiently. The gathering was held on Jubilee School Villa, Cibogo and was the first ever Grade 6 gathering for FEP 1-6. The program ran smoothly and ended successfully, with the assistance and hard work of the event organizers; Ms Shantyaswari Prihandini [FEP 1-6 Principal], Ms Komal Harjani [FEP 1-6 Supervisor], Ms Luna Esquejo, Ms Hardiani Dewi, Ms Rakhee Belani, Mr Tjung Nyuk Kim, Ms Yuliani Karaseran, Mr Adi Widjoyo, Mr Husni Mubarak, and Mr Toto Pangabdiono, Ms Devy Ng, Ms Amelia and Mr Anthony [FEP 1-6 teachers], the event could achieve its intended purpose.
